Vitasoy heiress builds stake in Playtech... - Part 7

Word reaches Betaville that Nickleby Capital, the little known corporate finance firm that was claiming to advise and finance Eddie Jordan's consortium on its $3 billion tilt at FTSE 250-listed gaming software group Playtech, was hardly involved in the deal.

Apparently, Nickleby just had a chat about getting involved in finding the funds for JKO Play and that was it. So why then was it promoting itself on its website as having a significant role in advising and financing JKO's bid?..
