Squeaky bum time at the SFO?

Last week there were a flurry stories in the British press about how active and succesful the Serious Fraud Office has been recently.

The latest was a tale from the Financial Times about how the SFO - dubbed the Seriously Flawed Office by my old colleague Alistair Osborne, now of The Times - had secured its second Deferred Prosecution Agreement with an unanmed small business. I did think the piece was a bit odd as I presumed the whole point of the SFO was to go after major scams and scammers. Here is the link to the FT piece:..
