Glencore may be prey for BHP Billiton, suggests Bloomberg

Bloomberg's top commodity writer, Javier Blas, appears to be suggesting that mining giant Glencore might have put itself "in play".

In case you don't recall, Glencore launched a hostile bid for Canadian rival Teck Resources ahead of the latter's demerger of its coal assets.

Now, Blas - a former FT hack - is arguing that the move by Glencore on Teck Resources could make it prey for BHP Billiton, the world's largest diversified mining company. Below is a link to that story:..
