    Nice work Staying on the Story. I think your scoop is accurate, but the Risk of the Deal NOT going through is heavily weighted, if the price is in the low $20's per share. Jack Dorsey wont' accept below the $26 mark in my mind. Knowing the other bidders would be telling as well.
