UNCOOKED ALERT: Audioboom Group said to ... - Part 11

An outfit called Eliot and Luther has just made a move on Audioboom, the Aim-listed podcasting business that was last year subject to multiple takeover rumours.

Eliot and Luther said it has bought 10pc of Audioboom with a view to building a shareholding of just under 30pc as part of a consortium of investors.

There is rather long press release from Eliot and Luther (which I have pasted the link to below) but essentially the firm is arguing Audioboom is fundamentally undervalued...
